Should I get rid of my lichess app?

Hi,
since iOS 10, I and others have been having trouble launching the mobile app. We need 2 or 3 tries to start it, which means each time closing the black screen we get, going back to our apps page, and relaunching. Very annoying in an age when click means go.
Several heads-up have been posted, but it seems no solution was found.
Should I consider the mobile app as unfixable and delete it?

When you open the app (successfully), hit the menu button at the top left and go to 'settings' what version does it say you have at the bottom of the settings page?
It looks like you might be on an older version of the mobile app. Mines says 'v4.5.3'.

There was a bug that was fixed recently concerning the app not working in iOS10.

@epicenter : Can you check the apple app store (or whatever it's called) to see if there is an update available for the lichess app?
It may be that the version with the bug fix has not yet been approved by the apple app store, not sure... I will ask the relevant person when they are next available.

But the issue is certainly fixed in the source code: github.com/veloce/lichobile/issues/428
On iTunes, both lichess for iPhone and lichess for iPad are the 4.4.0 versions... I got 4.4.1 as an automatic upgrading I guess.
Yours, the 4.5.3, is a version for non-iOS I guess...?

Yeah, I'm using a non-iOS version (android) where new versions are published more quickly (because they don't require approval from the app store which can sometimes take a few days in iOS.)
I came here looking for a resolution to this problem as well. I'm glad to hear it's been fixed and we're just waiting on app store approval.
