More Hourly Bullitz, please

The new "Hourly Bullitz Arena" of 3+0 is great and, in my opinion, the best time format. But, unfortunately, it's not actually hourly, it appears rarer than that. It's quite popular and I think it would be great if it was an hourly tournament.

Another idea would be to make the 3+0 hourly and the 5+0 rarer. Basically, swapping the 3+0 and 5+0 that are now.
