Queen baits

Never heard the term queen bait before... but ya that's hope chess buddy. You were fortunate your opponent fell into mate in 1 there because the following moves all maintain a winning advantage...

Rf1, Re1, Rc1...

Also 2 queen moves save the day Qc8+ attacking, and Qa3 can even defend because the bishop is protecting the queen
Here we go: http://ru.lichess.org/UsuUg35N/black#0

There's a few reasons why I think it's worth to take a look.

It's not a turn around, actually there were no mistakes or even inaccuracies in this game before crucial blunder by my opponent. After baiting move I still have an advantage actually, I just give up a major part of it for instawin. And the position was not so obvious, at least for low rated players. Honestly, I had no idea how much of advantage I have and how much I give up, also not sure I was able to play this position correctly.

Well, I do realise it's still a "hope chess", and playing like this is the best way to stay clueless about chess, so I quit it for real chess after this game. But this one is still somehow beautiful in my opinion.

P.S. Excuse my poor english pls :(
It will be hard to give up "hope chess" with rewards such as this lol
in the second game you went form -7 to -3 for a trick lol... someone will punish you when your rating increases and you will stop :-)

I love this thread!
My only reward here is a bit of fun, since rating points meaningless for a player with such attitude, and now I want to learn chess (and it's gonna be more fun I believe), so I quit it easily. Keep trying stuff like this in a dead lost positions, just because it's better than resign.

I make a lot of blunders without trying to be tricky, so I get punished on a regular basis anyway :D

Also most of this games are dull, like this one: http://ru.lichess.org/lAMQFwasSYEu
The chat is more fun than the game actually, because this guys asking me to hurre up in a 20+10 game with 20 and 16 mins on a clocks, and he did it after move 11, when I was fighting my inner baiter.

I guess I just love the sac conception, gonna play lots of gambits when I become a decent player.
your example of a "dull" game is one where you left a piece fake-hanging , your opponent fell for the trick, and you got a checkmate? How is this different from the other games? So only exciting when the Queen is the bait? lol

For the record, I'm pretty sure I would fall for your tricks. I'm not very good.
#1 This wasn't hope chess. According to stockfish, you played the best move. Try enabling local analysis, you'll see.

AFAIK stockfish doesn't play hope chess.
