Mouse Slipping..... What was your worse?

I am just a sub 1500 player and I constantly mouse slip. Mouse slips have cost me countless games. One time I drop my queen when I was a rook up! This gets me wondering. What was your worse mouse slip?
My mouse slipped inside & now I have a little girl named Goldilocks
Generally I play on my laptop and I square-click to avoid mouse slips entirely. But I started playing on the lichess app on the train and my Android version has a bug where the square clicking doesn't work. So I started dragging pieces on my laptop in my rated games without knowing I was doing it.

I recently was playing a correspondence game as part of the tournament I was running. We were in the endgame and both of us were online and playing moves every 2 or 3 minutes because we'd both analyzed the position heavily and knew what our plans were. It required a great deal of accuracy, but I'd already calculated the right moves. However, as I was trying to recall one of them, I started to drag my king to one of 2 squares I had analyzed and realized I was going the wrong way. As I quickly jerked the mouse wanting to cancel the move, my mouse cord caught on something and it made me let go of the button for just an instant, dropping my king on an instantly losing square in a position that I think I had calculated a way to win. Them's the breaks, but that's probably my worst - one, because it was such a huge blunder, and two, because it was in correspondence.
One time I was playing against this guy and I had checkmate in 1 move and I accidently mouse-slipped and dropped my queen on the wrong square and he took it for free. He was rated like only 1100 or 1000 something. Luckily I was playing anonymous. :)
not sure what was the worst, but this one was hilarious http://en.lichess.org/nTLXHnrQ/black#27

I played 14..O-O-O when I intended Rc8. How did that happen?
I was hover-moving the king to castle kingside, then he attacked my c-pawn so I decided that it would be better to protect it.
clicking the king followed by clicking the rook = castling = LOL OMG gg
same has lightsss 0-0-0 because i click my rook 1st then decide to castle short and my Qside was all open so it lead to a quick mate :O
sometimes i get excited press the wrong button with the mouse. i think i should tape both middle fingers together when i play.
