Possibly as why would Lichess message about it to OP.

I think it's about those 2 "games", if you can call it like that...

Because of my stupid internet. I cannot make a move. And i get 10 bullet rating back. What happened there?

@derkleineJo nothing wrong by the OP here. The other guy was just throwing games against stronger opponents in a rated arena and got banned for it.
