I have lost at least five games and lots of rating points because of both of the clocks freezing up and I can not make a move. Does anyone else have these problems?

Haven't experienced myself, but a number of people have been mentioning it elsewhere, so I'd assume it's a bug of some sort.
Do you have an especially flaky connection or high ping?
speaking for myself here: I have sub 100ms ping

I think there is more than one problem. I have seen my internet connection drop out on occasion, but that was not the problem with my last game I lost when the clocks froze and I could not move.
I am just trying to figure out why it happens to me so often.
