Lichess opportunity: China and India have most potential users

So I checked the number of Internet users in the world by country, and it turnes out China and India have far more people connected to the Internet than the US or Europe. So how can people in these countries know about Lichess? Right now it's clear that Europe, Russia and North America are well aware of Lichess, but I believe there's lot of chess players in India and China and the rest of Asia (4 billion people) who play chess on other sites but are not aware of Lichess. How can we spread the message? I don't speak Hindu or Mandarin, so maybe someone who can can make it known in these languages on the Internet?
