Bug Report: Time being gained in non-increment formats

I recently played a game against heduardo


I won the game on the 34th move but if you see on the 33rd move i had 17.7 seconds whereas on the 34th move, I had 17.8 seconds. It is not a major difference but a 0.1 second increase could be the difference between mating and getting timed out. I am unsure if it is a bug or a lag back, but please look into it.

Its most properly lichess lag comp that gave you the time now how it gave that 0.1 its going to be a fun thing to replicate
